Note: No large attachments please - keep all attached files below 1Mb in total, else they will be deleted without review. Keep attachments to the 3 files requested in the instructions; Do not send certificates or other documents apart from the requested ones. If the email bounces, please check the error message. Did you type the address correctly? If the bounce message is temporary (not an error message), then wait for the email to be delivered. If the error message is permanent, eg the email account is full, then this is due to large attachments and you will have to wait until those emails have been deleted to make space. Try sending again a couple of hours later.
